To ensure inventory availability and efficient order processing, the following policy applies to all optics held by customers:
Policy Statement
Any optic that is held for more than 15 calendar days from the date of purchase, reservation, or hold request and is subsequently canceled, returned to inventory, or not completed by the customer will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Terms
- The 5% restocking fee will be calculated based on the original purchase price of the optic.
- The fee will be deducted from any applicable refund.
- This policy applies unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
- By placing an optic on hold, the customer acknowledges and accepts this policy.
